Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the public website, quotations, communications, product inquiries, pre-orders, supply, delivery, installation, technical support and related services of COLORJET Bangladesh. Specific commercial terms are governed by the written quotation, proforma invoice, sales order, invoice, warranty card, service job card or signed agreement for the relevant transaction.

1. Website information
Product photos, descriptions and general technical information are provided for guidance. Model availability, configuration, accessories, performance, compatibility and commercial terms must be confirmed in the current quotation before payment or order confirmation.

2. Quotation and prices
Prices, delivery time, stock status, exchange-rate exposure, tax, duties, freight, installation scope and other terms may change before written order confirmation unless an approved document states otherwise.

3. Customer responsibility
Customers must provide correct contact, delivery, site-readiness, electrical, media, workflow and application information. Site access, safe power, grounding, space, ventilation and other readiness requirements remain the customer’s responsibility unless specifically included in writing.

4. Warranty and support
Warranty coverage, exclusions, response process and support eligibility are determined by the written warranty and support terms applicable to the purchased product. Consumables, printheads, small parts, misuse, unauthorized repair, voltage problems and normal wear are not automatically covered.

5. Limitation
COLORJET Bangladesh is not responsible for indirect loss, production loss, lost profit, third-party materials or damage caused by use outside confirmed operating requirements, except where responsibility is required by applicable law.

6. Governing document
When a public page conflicts with an approved quotation, invoice or signed agreement, the approved transaction document controls. This website policy is not a substitute for legal advice.
